The Deputy Head of School will support and deputise for the Head of School of the Digital, Media & Expressive Arts Academy to ensure the successful running of the curriculum area, providing local leadership of teaching, learning and assessment and supporting the development and effective implementation of the school's curriculum offer.
As this role also includes teaching responsibilities, you will lead by example in achieving excellence in teaching and learning through your own innovative and excellent professional practice.
The Deputy Head of School will work with the Curriculum Team, Progress Leaders, Senior Progress Leaders and where appropriate, Assistant Heads of School, to ensure high levels student satisfaction, achievement and sustainable progression.
