Minimum Requirements
? QTS or QTLS Qualification
? Up-to-date safeguarding and child protection qualifications/knowledge and experience
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
? Outstanding classroom practitioner
? Energy, passion, and drive to raise standards
? Initiative, vision, excellent planning, and organisational skills
? Experience working with students with SEMH and additional needs (preferred)
? Knowledge and understanding of developments in education
