The role is to provide professional Building Surveying services ensuring that the council's public buildings, residential garages, including leisure, commercial, community and park buildings etc are compliant, and all assets are repaired and maintained in a good state of repair and are fit for purpose.
This will also include delivering a diverse range of capital construction projects from inception to completion across the council's and external organisations varied property portfolio which includes residential, public realm, commercial, leisure, community, parks, neighbourhood centres, car parks etc.

About the team
You will join a team of five (soon to be seven) who are one section of a wider Estates team and you will be a key part of a team working on a varied portfolio including Libraries, Adult Care sites (e.g.
