The ideal executive assistant should be purpose-driven and highly organized, with experience supporting C-suite executives.
They must also demonstrate outstanding administrative skills to provide senior-level support to the President and Deputy on various complex, sensitive, and confidential matters.
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior executives in their day-to-day activities.
You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, handling inquiries, and ensuring efficient communication within the organisation.This role sits within a team of other Executive Assistants, providing support to Executive Board members and other Directors.
