We are recruiting an experienced Lettings Property Manager for our busy and successful Lettings and Estate Agency client who are a leading, multi branch independent agent who have been established for several decades in the area, they provide a traditional Lettings and Estate Agency service coupled with the most up to date technology.
As a Lettings Property Manager you will have responsibility for managing a portfolio of properties to include organising safety certificates, dealing with day to day maintenance as well as overseeing bigger works, property inspections, preparing properties for move in, handling tenants vacating the property and dealing with deposit returns.
Prior experience in the property industry is a must, preferably 12 months or more so the position would be ideal for a property manager that is looking to progress and take-on some broader responsibilities.
Due to continued growth within Lettings, they are looking for an experienced Lettings Professional who has some experience in Lettings and / or Property Management.
You must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn but also able to use your own initiative.

Service Care Solutions are looking for a PR and Campaigns Officer to work within the Merseyside Police on a 12-month contract.
Collaborate with Senior Managers in the News and Communications team to develop and implement the annual communications plan aligned with Merseyside Police's strategy.
Manage the organisations news distribution and press cuttings services, maintaining lists and assisting with access issues, creating and circulating cuttings and managing records.
Triage incoming queries and ensure media enquiries are prioritised and allocated according to the risks and opportunities they present.
