BD & Marketing Manager (12-Month FTC)

The Role

In this role, you'll be managing this exciting operations team of 5 juniors, with a focus on coordinating between a number of global offices, as well as identifying key areas for training and develppment within the team. You will be reporting into the Senior BDM Manager, and working in very much a coaching role.

As an overview, your responsibilities in this role will include but not be limited to:

  • Mentoring junior team members: Offering guidance and support to help them enhance their skills and advance in their roles.
  • Collaborating with the design team: Working closely with designers to ensure project goals and creative visions are aligned.
  • Managing communication strategies and changes: Overseeing communication efforts and leading the implementation of any necessary adjustments.
  • Providing constructive feedback: Delivering helpful and actionable feedback to improve team performance and outcomes.
  • Overseeing merchandise development: Ensuring brand consistency and cohesion across all merchandise.
  • Guiding project processes: Establishing and managing timelines and processes for efficient project execution.
  • Delivering first-class BD services: Producing sales support and pitch documents, supporting initiatives, events, and hospitality, managing CRM, and assisting with awards and directory submissions.
  • Implementing operating processes: Reviewing, designing, and implementing processes to enhance speed, quality, and consistency.
  • Developing template documents: Creating "how to" documents to help PAs, paralegals, and lawyers work more effectively.
  • Delivering management reporting: Measuring and reporting on ROI to optimise budget and resources for greater market share.
  • Implementation: Delivering and implementing the new workflow tool

About You

To be considered for this role, you should have/be:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a professional services/law firm
  • Very process driven
  • Experience coaching junior team members
  • Confidence in delivering clear and appropriate constructuve feedback
