Once any support package is in place, our bespoke package manager(s) will be responsible for:
Providing managerial oversight of the child's package to ensure that the child is provided with high quality trauma informed day-to day support that meets the child's day to day needs, promotes their safety and wellbeing and protects them from harm in line with the child's care plan.
This would include providing clear direction to the support staff when the child is in crisis.
Ensuring defects, risks and issues are escalated and resolved within the required timescales.
Bringing a structured, well governed and organised approach to ensure on time robust delivery of testing activities to the required standard.
The Role
To lead, guide and monitor the end to end IT and BAU testing processes including analysis, design, implementation and execution of testing tasks and activities.
As part of a central Project Management Office (PMO), you'll play a key role in governing and executing medium to large-scale projects across the whole business.
We are supporting a Sunderland based client who're working through a significant digital transformation and have a newly created role to take on responsibility for the design and delivery of their testing strategy.
This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of project delivery within our growing Business Improvement and Change function.
