The Events Administrator role is crucial to the growth and efficiency of our team and services.
You will play a key role in supporting the development of new team "Event Decorations Assistant" members, ensuring our event decorators and planners receive the guidance and feedback needed to deliver excellent client experiences.
You'll start by assisting with our backdrop and decoration training programs, matching clients to our trained staff, and collecting client feedback to continually enhance service quality.
You will be required to support the Conference Team with the running and execution of events online and across the UK.
My client is looking for someone with a can-do attitude, great customer service and an eye for detail.
The successful applicant will be required to travel to up to 10 conferences per year across the UK, including some overnight stays, and 2 x Saturday events per year.

This prestigious professional membership body is looking to recruit a part-time Events & Meetings Administrator to manage the core administrative responsibilities within their regional office, including delivering engagement events and supporting integral committees.
Key Responsibilities of the Events & Meetings Administrator
Plan and deliver regional engagement events, both in-person and virtual, in liaison with subject matter experts.
Provide logistical and administrative support to key committees, including undertaking minute taking responsibilities.
The events team sits withing the Global Marketing, Brand and Belonging department of ICAEW and they collaborate extensively with both Belonging and Support (B&S) and the Reputation and Influence (R&I) stakeholders to deliver a diverse programme of events to our members and non-member community.
