This role is pivotal in leading the design and delivery of organisation-wide DEI evaluation interventions and overseeing the programme management of the Evaluation strand of our DEI Strategy (2024-2027).
The successful candidate will be instrumental in building staff capability and supporting cultural change across the organisation.
