JOB PURPOSE
The Finance and Infrastructure Director will lead the development and delivery of the longer-term physical infrastructure strategy, engaging the full range of external stakeholders, and focusing on how we make best use of our workplaces and learning environments to support inclusive, collaborative and creative working and learning across the business and with their members.
Providing leadership of financial, and physical and digital infrastructure strategies, the Finance and Infrastructure Director will, together with the directors' group and leadership team, deliver charitable objectives and strategic goals, in line with the charity's values and educational principles.
Through the development of robust financial and infrastructure planning, the Finance and Infrastructure Director will ensure that the company optimises the effectiveness of its finances and physical and digital environments.
