PA to Director
Ageas in Eastleigh are looking for a PA to Director to be responsible for providing professional PA support to our Customer Operations Director, as well as the other members of our executive team,.
The PA to Director will ensure the smooth running of their personal and departmental objectives, as well as using their exceptional Stakeholder Management skills to in regular verbal and written communication with other UKET members, senior managers within Ageas and the wider Ageas Group, as well as key major suppliers and partners.
General
The PA to Director will be responsible for handling business sensitive and confidential information on a daily basis including drafting, editing, formatting documents, and be accountable for the dissemination of this information to the appropriate parties.

You will be responsible for inspecting construction work to ensure it meets standards and health and safety requirements.
The successful candidate will ensure the build is compliant with the Employers Requirements, quality of the site installations is consistent with the company's BMS processes, and relevant standards and specifications are defined within the Project Specific Quality Plan.
