The Screening Officer's role is pivotal to the initial management on concerns about children at the front door to Domestic Abuse cases.
The role is responsible for the logging of all contacts into the system, initial screening of contacts and the provision of advice and information of contacts and directly to service users.

Screening officers are required to have a high standard of written and spoken English to deal with enquires from the public, professionals and legal departments.
Experience required: Higher Education, Administration, Excel, experience of using VLE's (canvas, moodle, blackboard)
Office hours: 9am to 5.30pm (based in the office 5 days a week, between two locations - Chelsea - 3 days and Farringdon - 2 days)
