To support the Director of Learning and Development Central Functions and Lender Services with the design and delivery of the overall Central Functions and Lender Services learning and development strategy and agenda.
General
Who will work closely with key business stakeholders and the People Business Partner to develop and implement targeted learning solutions that enhance the skills of their partner function teams, aligning development initiatives with business goals to drive performance, revenue growth, and market competitiveness.
Is responsible for developing and executing the overall reward strategy for the Connells Group.
Requiring a deep understanding of compensation, benefits, and incentive schemes, as well as expertise in National Minimum Wage (NMW) legislation.
The role will work closely with senior leadership and People teams across the business to ensure that reward practices are aligned with the Group's objectives, compliant with all relevant regulations, and competitive within the market.
