Due to the above, FRS have been enlisted to assist with the recruitment of a Management Accountant to support the FC and Finance Director.
Duties
- Assist with the preparation of management accounts
- Process Improvement Activity
- Supporting FC in all Finance activity
- Financial Analysis
- Ad-hoc Reporting to FC
- Year End Audit support
- Budgeting and forecast
- Work closely with stakeholder (Finance and Non-Finance)
- Cash Flow forecasting
- Provide Financial Insight to department Managers
Key Skills, Experience, Qualifications and Competencies
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Financial and commercial acumen
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Excellent bookkeeping skills
- Organised and methodical and able to deliver work to a defined timescale
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Part Qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA
