My client is looking for a Business Development Executive to join their exciting business.
The Role
The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for supporting the field based sales team by providing telephone and admin support to help with new business enquiries.
The BDE will work with the other members of the sales team, taking written and telephone enquiries, assessing them in accordance with the clients lending policy, issuing indicative terms to brokers and submitting credit proposals to the underwriting team.
We are looking for somebody from an L&D background who can implement the strategy, work closely with senior leadership to identify and develop training requirements, be hands on delivering training and work closely with external training providers.
