Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service Advisor.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and customers, resolving issues and queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails.
This role will support the development of reporting internally to management and externally to the Department for Education (DfE) on the programme and to identify, define, track, realise and report financial and non-financial benefits within projects and programme.
A London Borough currnetly have an urgent need for an Interim Performance and Benefits Officer, to work across thier SEND transformation.
As the Interim Performance and Benefits Officer, you will work within the corporate PMO as a keymember of the team delivering the SEND and AP Transformation Programme.
This position will see you engaging with individuals within the organisation to understand what's missing from their current process maps and then fill in this information, you don't need to be a technical specialist in the area but more critically, understand the Data and Compliance side linked to ISO accreditation's with process mapping.
This Process Mapping role is expected to take around 3 months in total and ideally you will have experience using Nimbus or a similar system.
