Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and customers, resolving issues and queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Working closely with other team members to achieve common goals
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
