Age UK's impactful Research Team are offering a fantastic 2 year fixed term Research Officer opportunity.
In this role you will provide statistical and quantitative research support to colleagues across the charity, including policy and campaigns, media and fundraising.
To attend Court to give evidence in cases relating to breaches of tenancy and of lease agreements and to execute evictions in conjunction with appointed bailiffs.
To take action concerning breach of tenancy, removal of squatters, unauthorised occupants, authorising successions, assignments and referring complex cases to the Area Housing Manager.
To ensure that tenants understand their rights and responsibilities under the tenancy agreement and that all tenancy conditions are adhered to.
The post holder will be the "face" of Estates and appropriately represent the Estates Division as a point of focus for customer service on ID Card and Salto key issuing services.
Liaise daily with staff at all levels across the school, as well as students, and other stakeholders, acting as an initial point of contact concerning service delivery
We have a new role working for a prestigious university based in Central London:
Hybrid role (2 days home / 3 office) working on a drug and alcohol service supporting ex-offenders to rehabilitate and move towards employment and training.
The office element is working at 2 projects extremely near to each other (both about a 10-minute walk from Aldgate East).
Although a fixed term contract until Mar 2025, it could well extend as the charity often has other opportunities.
