We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Chef de Partie to help us create exceptional food experiences for Restaurant Associates on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

The Restaurant has a vibrant feel and can serve up to 200 covers per service, and all food is sourced within the area from excellent suppliers.
Major 5 star luxury hotel based in central London, requires an experienced Demi Chef De Partie
To assist Sous Chefs in the preparation and service of food ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times and to ensure that the kitchen areas designated, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy to the standards required by the hotel.
Co-ordinate with the Head Chef, Sous Chef or Chef de Partie on preparation of store requisitions.
