The heart of the Emergency Call Handler role is to arrange help for our vulnerable clients when they need us the most.
Ideally, you would have some experience in a customer facing role and a good general standard of education, but we believe that within the right core values and training, you could thrive in this role.
You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and have the ability to sympathetically communicate with a distressed caller.
The role: The position will entail you to travel to multiple areas within Bournemouth, visiting the public and encouraging them to complete an online survey which will have been sent to them ahead of time.
We are currently recruiting for a number of Field operatives to work within the Bournemouth Area.
This survey collects important data for the Office of National Statistics and assists the Government with future plans/agendas.
