We are currently seeking a Data Administrator for our client in Sheffield on a 30 hour a week contract for an initial 2 months.
To provide effective and accurate data inputting and reporting to meet the needs of the service.
The post holder will offer administrative and clerical services to the team designed to contribute towards the efficient operational delivery of the services across Sheffield's Young People's Substance Misuse Services.
Assist in providing financial services support across a wide range of functions - pay, payments and reconciliation, covering payroll, employee admin, pensions, traded services, payment processing, financial assessments, compliance management, VAT returns, BACS processing, bank reconciliation, income collections, debt recovery, housing benefits, council tax and business rates.
To assess all new claims and change in circumstances for Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support, including Supported Accommodation.
The L&D officer is a key role within the Human Resources team, primarily responsible for planning, organising, and implementing a wide range of learning and development initiatives within the public sector.
