Main Duties / Responsibilities Manage data protection helpdesk, answer queries in a timely manner and where necessary escalate queries to the Data Protection Manager and / or Data Protection Officer (DPO). Provide advice and guidance to business owners to ensure compliance with the relevant data protection laws and company policies / SOPs. Carry out assessments including. Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) Service assessments Legitimate Interests Assessments Transfer Impact Assessments Design and deliver data protection training. Manage personal data breach process, carry out initial risk assessment when a breach / incident is reported and escalate where necessary. Organise relevant meetings and where necessary, prepare agendas, necessary papers, meeting minutes etc. Any other team administrative tasks. Other data protection tasks include: Review, update and monitor the data protection compliance programme across all relevant company entities and carry out compliance reviews. Drafting of privacy notices, data protection related SOPs, policies and templates. Ensure requests from data subjects on issues relating to data protection practices, withdrawal of consent, the right to be forgotten etc. are dealt with in accordance with the requirements. Ensure the records of processing activities (processing register or ROPA) for each relevant company entity is maintained in line with Article 30 and ensure these are up to date. Support the Data Protection Manager and the DPO in any other team task. Company currently operates a hybrid/flexible working model where employees work half of working time in person' with others (on-site or elsewhere) and half of working time working remotely.
