Job Purpose & Scope Are you ready to take on a varied and challenging role? We are seeking an HR Administration Support Specialist to support our HRO clients and internal HR function. Under the direction of the HR Operations Manager, you will handle a diverse range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction. Main Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities Manage queries and requirements via our ticketing system (Freshdesk) Follow process requirements to ensure consistency in task completion Build effective working relationships with the team, client contacts, and stakeholders Identify and update any process variations, ensuring proper version control Complete all activities within required timeframes, escalating risks or issues as needed Maintain data accuracy within the client and Curve systems Support ad hoc tasks and projects such as data integrity checks and audits Provide executive assistance to the board and perform other office support duties as necessary Skills & Experience Required High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment Experience in administrative or HR administration roles Familiarity with HR software is desirable but not essential Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent organisation and administration skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Agile, willing to learn, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to build excellent working relationships with clients, while also being able to push back when needed Strong written and verbal communication skills, including tact and diplomacy Understanding of the importance of confidentiality HR qualification or working towards it is desirable but not essential Key Competencies High level of written competency Proficient in using the entire Office Suite Solution-oriented mindset Ability to multi-task effectively Why Join Us?
