Location: Near Brackley, Northants (Hybrid, 35 hours over 5 days, 2 days a week in the offices near Brackley)

About the Role:

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a critical role in delivering top-notch service to our Recruitment Process Outsource and Recruitment on Demand clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to general recruitment queries via email and telephone
  • Creating and managing vacancy records on our recruitment system
  • Proofreading and formatting documents
  • Creating offer documentation and producing employment contracts
  • Leading candidates through the Pre-Employment Screening process
  • Collaborating with our vetting partner to resolve any issues
  • Advising candidates, clients, and our team on vetting standards
  • Negotiating candidate start dates and ensuring smooth onboarding
  • Conducting operational audits to ensure compliance with contractual KPIs
  • Producing bi-weekly reports and attending client calls to demonstrate progress

  • Administrative or HR administration experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and team members
  • Initiative and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team
