Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
- 1 hour unpaid lunch break
Duties:
- Handling outbound and inbound calls.
- Administrative tasks such as responding to letters and emails, updating systems, and processing payments.
- Agreeing affordable arrangements.
- Comply with Data Protection legislation, and company processes and procedures.
- Personal compliance with the applicable conduct rules.
- While carrying out regular responsibilities, ensure all regulatory and statutory standards are met.
- Ensure fair treatment of customers.
- Support and liaise with Team Managers and Senior Managers.
- Ad-hoc duties as required by Line Manager.
Requirements:
- Experience in an administrative or call centre role.
- Experience within the Financial Services sector (preferred).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
