Our Head Office Debt Recovery Team has an opportunity for an experienced finance administrator to join their busy team.
Will be responsible for maintaining debtor accounts and ensuring all overdue invoices are chased and paid on a timely basis, in line with company policy.
Your will be responsible for
Chase overdue invoices by telephone, email & letter within agreed timescales.
To provide finance input to business decisions and to ensure that Divisional & Area Directors make their decisions based on accurate financial information and with finance support.
to provide administrative support through emails and letters as well as regular telephone contact to branches, landlords and tenants to efficiently manage tenancy deposits, through delivering an excellent customer service.

We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Receptionist, most the time you will be based in Leighton Buzzard, however, there may be occassions where you would have to travel to other sites in Bedfordshire.
Role objective
To act as a professional welcoming first point of contact for all visitors, answering and directing all enquiries and messages as appropriate.

Approximately 16 hrs per week including 1 in 4 Saturdays (13 a year).
To provide effective administrative services to therapists and staff at the clinic.
