The role of Flexible Benefits Project Manager is to project manage, support and ensure successful delivery of client installations and renewals on our proprietary online benefits technology.
Project Managers support UK flexible benefits technology implementations and renewals whilst contributing to the development and maintenance of our implementation processes and standards.

In this role you will work with a broad range of people across the WTW lines of business, clients and external organisations.
This is a great opportunity for a project manager with a Defined Benefit pensions background to join a thriving project management team, to deliver a variety of client facing and internal pension change projects.
You will work on a diverse portfolio of projects including GMP equalisation, Buy-In readiness, benefits rectification, mergers and wind ups for medium to large pension schemes.
