A great opportunity for an experienced CRM PM to join an organisation as they embark on an 18-month transformation journey! What you'll be doing: Define, plan, and develop the implementation of the new systems Create the project initiation document - accurate costs, timescales, resource planning Manage supplier and stakeholder relationships Manage project progress, scope, budget, risks, issues, and overall lifecycle Set up and run regular meetings and updates Oversee project workstreams Implement and uphold governance and control structures for the project Ensure the successful implementation and migration of systems Experience: Minimum of 4 years' experience working in a PM role Educated to degree level and PRINCE 2 Certification is essential Successfully carried out transformation, implementation, or migration projects Strong knowledge of CRM systems Excellent stakeholder management and people skills A reliable, accountable and methodical individual Able to manage cross functional teams Benefits Salary circa £60,000 Hybrid and flexible working - office in Liverpool city centre Excellent holidays, pension and benefits package Free health support (GP, Mental Health, Fitness Programmes) Onboarding programme and exposure to an exciting transformation project!
