Forward Role are working with an established subscription business to recruit a CRM Manager to join a growing marketing team of 10 and support a CRM Executive.
With the autonomy and freedom to try new things, you can really make this role your own!
The role:
- Create and apply omni-channel strategies to increase both subscription growth and engagement.
- Utilise systems, data and the connected business infrastructure to provide the best end to end user experience for the subscriber's lifetime user journey.
- Constantly test improvement opportunities to deliver a personalised experience for subscribers.
- Contribute to the main commercial targets across subscription sales, upgrades and renewals.
- Line management of a CRM Executive
What you will need:
- Proven experience in a CRM Marketing related role
- Experience working with CRM platforms in a marketing capacity
- Ability to build, manage and report on CRM marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge CRM channels & digital marketing, performance reporting and analytical platforms
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Resilient and likes change and challenges
- Critical and creative thinker, able to solve problems and recognize opportunities
- Looks for opportunities to constantly learn and develop
