THE COMPANY
A growing fitness expert providing boutique fitness centres with an engaged and growing customer base. They are keen to develop and grow and anyone joining the business will be autonomous and high impact in the growth of the brand!
THE ROLE
As CRM Specialist your focus will be to build and develop the CRM campaigns, specifically you will have to:
- Have ownership of CRM and own the end to end CRM lifecycle
- Identify areas for optimisation in the CRM process through segmentation and segmentation models as well as A/B testing on live campaigns
- Be creative, work with copywriters to be unique and personalised in your campaigns and influence uplift in the commercial outcome for the business!
- Provide insights into the customer, who they are and how best to engage with them
- Develop and deploy CRM campaigns across email, SMS and all channels
YOUR SKILLS
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience using a campaign management tool, Adobe campaign, Salesforce or similar
- Great communicator and able to collaborate and work with the wider company
- Able to be autonomous and think about CRM Strategy from brief to deployment
