Our Bank Support Workers provide comprehensive support to individuals with a range of needs ranging from Learning Dissabilities, Autism, Epilepsy, Mental Health, sensory impairments, or other complex care needs with clinical requirments, ensuring high-quality care and assisting with daily living activities.
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Bank Support Worker to join our team.
This role requires flexibility, resilience, and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of the individuals we support.
They run a therapeutic programme to help patients to develop coping strategies, increase skills and resilience and enable patients to access the community to maximise their recovery potential.
We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's leading providers of behavioural care and specialist support services, for a Registered Nurse RMN or RNLD to join the team in an independent mental health hospital in Stockton-on-the-Forest, York.
The hospital has produced excellent recovery results for patients and they are able to progress to low secure or locked rehabilitation if possible.
