Registered Nurse RMN or RNLD

We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's leading providers of behavioural care and specialist support services, for a Registered Nurse RMN or RNLD to join the team in an independent mental health hospital in Stockton-on-the-Forest, York.

The hospital has produced excellent recovery results for patients and they are able to progress to low secure or locked rehabilitation if possible. They run a therapeutic programme to help patients to develop coping strategies, increase skills and resilience and enable patients to access the community to maximise their recovery potential.

They support people with:

Complex mental health needs
Behaviours that challenge
Severe and enduring mental health needs
A learning disability
Personality disorders
Autism
Psychosis
Sexual offending behaviour
Substance misuse or forensic addictions

They also support people who are detained under the Mental Health Act (MHA).

This is a permanent post and full or part time opportunities are available offering a competitive salary of £40,591 per annum plus

To do this, you will need the following:

  • Registered Nurse Qualification (RMN/RNLD) with a Valid NMC PIN

  • Good listening and rapport building ability
  • To be able to organize and prioritise your time
  • Caring nature, dedicated to providing the highest level of patient care
