The role of Service Delivery Manager (SDM) will encompass a wide range of tasks including but not limited to, providing a high level of service that meets all customer requirements and individual contractual obligations within budget constraints.
Overview of the role
The SDM will be responsible for leading a new client relationship while also building and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships.
A well-established business is looking for a Business Support Manager to ensure that all departments are supported in accordance with necessary legislation and the organisation's policies and procedures.
You will be responsible for managing sensitive information, deputising for the Senior Managers at meetings, and overseeing support services.
