We are working with a reputable London based law firm who are seeking a Corporate Executive Assistant to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.
This will be a fast paced and varied role suited to a candidate with previous EA experience and the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders, including partners.
Responsibilities include, however are not limited to, managing inboxes, diaries and meetings, in addition to ensuring partners are prepared and where they need to be at proposed times.
