Role: Business Development manager Location: Redditch Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 - DOE Duration: Permanent Hours: Full time - Monday - Friday Role Overview: To build and maintain relationships with existing customers, making our client a supplier of choice for repeat business and new product opportunities To present our clients materals to new customers with the aim of generating interest, enquiries and orders for core products across multiple market sectors - Industrial, Automotive, Security, Lighting and Aerospace To work as part of a cross-departmental divisional team and act as the external representation for company objectives To maximise turnover and profitability with current and new customers Key Responsibilities: To meet or exceed the set personal sales targets and gross margin objectives To maintain a regular contact/visit schedule with the current customer base through use of the CRM system and report back to the business in a timely manner To identify new, potential customers for core products and create a sales strategy to develop each into active accounts To maintain internal reporting systems in an up-to-date status.
