As the People Practice Development Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of colleagues and managers.
Reporting directly to the Manager, People Practice Development, you will manage a team of five roles.

We are looking to recruit a Children's Registered Manager who will be the heart of the home, ensuring high standards of care for children and young people with complex mental health disorders, learning disabilities, and emotional and behavioral difficulties.
The Children's Registered Manager will lead the daily operations of the home, promoting a safe and nurturing environment that fosters self-actualization and independence for children and young people.
