Salary: £24k-£27k
Location: Office based in the Uckfield area, off-site parking available
Days / hours: Monday- Friday 9:00-5:30pm with 1h lunch
Business Development Executive duties:
- Making Outbound Calls: Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce our products/services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads to grow the sales pipeline and generate new business opportunities.
- Confident on the phone: Engage prospects and clients with ease, demonstrating strong communication skill.
- Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Organised: Manage multiple accounts, follow up on leads, and keep detailed records of all interactions.
- Drafting Quotes: Prepare and present accurate and tailored quotes based on client needs and budget.
- Bringing in New Business: Drive new revenue by turning leads into long-term customers and seeking new sales opportunities.
The ideal Business Development Executive will have:
- Confident and articulate communicator with strong phone presence
- Brilliant attention to detail
- Highly organised
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or account management is preferred but not essential
