We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our friendly team and you will play a crucial role in supporting the Acanthus day-to-day operations.
Acanthus are a quality B2 litho printer with over 50 years' experience and our core business is producing brochures, newsletters and leaflets.
We offer design, digital print, print finishing and mailing all from one location in our purpose-built unit just off the M5 in Wellington, Somerset.
As Operations Administrator, you will be responsible and accountable for the organisation of the Commercial window cleaning teams, enabling the delivery of PPM and specialist cleaning services in an efficient, professional and customer-focused manner.

The role
We're looking to introduce a high level executive administrator to our growing business, supporting one of our specialist teams and working closely with the other administration colleagues across the firm.
General
Day to day tasks may include preparing letters, reports, communications and papers as needed.
You'll be supporting senior managers, showing your excellent interpersonal skills and your ability to build relationships across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
