About the team and role:

The National Support and Admin Team are responsible for supporting the Operations & Account Managers that work within the Retail High Street & Corporate Division.

As part of the Admin Support Team, you will work with the Business Administrator based in London to provide support to our clients, our operational team and senior management team as required, whilst undertaking an apprenticeship in administration. This is a varied role where one day you could be supporting with a mobilisation / start up in one of the Retail stores and the next be attending a meeting to take minutes in a West End Theatre, or Museum.

Other day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Produce regular reports as required by the business
  • Provide assistance/support with projects as required
  • Data cleanse and maintain several internal trackers
  • Raising quotes
  • Assist with the security vetting of employees
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Updating management structures

As part of the Business Administration Apprenticeship (Level 3), up to 6 hours per week will be allocated to studying. Alongside this, you would be required to work in our London office and from various sites across London.

About You:

  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
  • Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese would be beneficial as you will be working on sites.
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office 365 skills, particularly excel
  • Diligent, numerate with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on your own
  • Ability to prioritise and organise own work whilst working on a variety of tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
