As a Registered Children's Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of a children's residential service, providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children and young people.
You will be accountable for ensuring that the home meets the highest standards of care, quality, and compliance, and that the needs of the children and young people are met.
To be considered for the role you must have
Previous Ofsted Registered Children's Manager or Registered Manager experience or extensive Deputy Manager experience (min 2 years) in a children's home.

Contracted Hours: Full Time
Bonus Scheme: Ofsted rating bonus up to £2,000 per year and 5% profit and occupancy level bonus per year (T&C's apply)
To develop joint working and monitoring protocols with key stakeholders and partners for the high support element To manage all elements of service performance related to the contract requirements including analysis of KPIs, outcomes and user experience measures for the high support service.
Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of partnerships and engagement strategies for the high support service.
To lead the running and strategic development of the high support element of the Sutton DAS Refugee Service.

Specific Accountabilities of the Role
To be a member of the local management team to provide support to the Service Manager and to participate as representatives of the Council, as required in other structures established for multi-agency working.
Contribute to the development and dissemination of operational instructions and provide practice guidance, making use of legislation, national guidelines and research to ensure that the highest standards are achieved and maintained.
