Job Title: Registered Manager (Children's Home)
Salary: Up to £60,000
Bonus Scheme: Ofsted rating bonus up to £2,000 per year and 5% profit and occupancy level bonus per year (T&C's apply)
Contracted Hours: Full Time
Location: Ilford, Essex

We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our client as a Registered Manager at a Brand New Ofsted registered children's home in Ilford . As the Registered Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the home and providing high-quality care and support up to 3 young residents. You will lead and manage the staff team, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed and that the home remains fully compliant with Ofsted regulations.

About the role as a Registered Manager

As a Registered Manager you will be confident in ensuring high-quality care is delivered to their service users, whilst managing your team as they work towards the Quality Standards, Children's Homes' Regulations, and the Ofsted Inspection Framework. You will have a strong focus on effective recording and reporting within regulation guidelines, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding the children under their care. You will be committed to promoting Trauma-Informed, effective, safe, and holistic practices.

Essential requirements as a Registered Manager

  • A minimum QCF Level 5 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent.
  • Full UK driving license with access to own vehicle.
  • Flexibility to work what required to ensure the home is always complaint with staffing
  • Comfortable with managing behaviours that challenge
