- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent healthcare qualification.
- Proven experience in managing a nursing home or similar healthcare facility.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
