Opportunity for an experienced / ambitious Project Manager to join this busy national main contractor to manage the construction of a £60m new build steel framed industrial development in Guildford.
2 storey steel framed building with large M&E package and cat B fit out for the client on a 60 week programme of works, all working within a secure environment.
The project is a high quality new build distribution facility and construction of new build offices with construction on site due to commence in the winter.
