Document Controller required to join a leading Tier 1 contractor covering Hampshire, Surrey & Berkshire. Joining a high value framework for a repeat business client on projects up to £100M, this project is a 2-year scheme, with more work expected to follow.

Reporting into the Senior BID Manager on the project you will be responsible for managing all-project documentation and providing general administrative support to the site team.

This Document Controller role will involve regular client liaison, with an emphasis on understanding client requirements and standards. Documents will include technical documents, drawing and commercial documents. Further duties include general site administration, organisation of diaries and meetings.

This Document Controller role is with a busy Tier 1 contractor with a turnover in excess of £4bn. Who also hold a secured pipeline of works within the education, health-care, MOD, retail and leisure industry. Projects typically vary in size and value between £1M - £90M. This is an ideal opportunity for experience Document Controller looking to work locally or an ambitious Site Administrator looking to expand their skill-set and knowledge.

Key attributes for the ideal candidate include strong verbal and written skills, previous experience within the construction industry and involvement producing documentation for clients. Strong computer software skills including Microsoft packages & view point.
