We are seeking to recruit an experienced Solicitor, Associate or Legal Executive (2-5 years PQE), to join our client's busy and highly regarded Construction team.
Our client's Construction team works on a wide range of international, national, and regional matters for private and public sector clients across multiple sectors, including housing, retail, transport, waste, energy, and renewables.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Partners, together with one of their Senior Associates, and play an integral part in a variety of matters, with a focus on non-contentious construction and infrastructure work.
Surveyor with previous experience of working in the construction and/or property / maintenance industry and good knowledge of housing regulations, building codes and safety standards, is required to join a well-established housing association based in Ealing, West London.
Whilst an HNC/Degree in surveying, civil engineering, construction or related field would be ideal, candidates with demonstrable experience who are willing to work towards a qualification will also be considered.
