My client based in Newbury is currently looking for a Retail Concession Manager to run their small butcher's unit and gives you a real opportunity to make it your own.
You will need to have a retail background and be confident in selling products to customers as well as the ability to be able to upsell.
This role will be alongside the butcher who takes responsible for getting the product ready to sell.
