You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £50,000 - £64,000 per annum and great benefits.

Our client, a highly successful Investment Management firm, are looking for a Compliance Officer to join the business.
This role, reporting to the Head of Compliance, will undertake compliance/related projects and tasks across all the firm's departments.

Role and Responsibilities
Development and enhancement of compliance processes in accordance with market practice to meet regulatory expectations, setting up and monitoring adequate and appropriate systems and controls to ensure that the firm meets its regulatory requirements.
Building effective relationships within the business to ensure that an effective compliance culture is in place, promoting positive engagement and behaviours within Commercial Express, leading by example as a role model.
As Training & Competency Manager you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to both the FCA's and internal Training and Competence (T&C) regime, which requires firms to be able to demonstrate that relevant staff have the right qualities and competencies to carry out their responsibilities appropriately.
Own, manage and drive the plan for delivering training and competency for new starters aligned to company, industry and regulatory standards.
