Previous relevant administration (pref within compliance!)
Based in the heart of Cambridge you will undertake the full range of Safer Recruitment checks required for all personnel engaged by this local organisation (staff, contractors, volunteers etc), to include enhanced DBS checks, overseas criminal record checks, Prohibition Order checks, Right to Work checks, references, qualifications and identity checks.
This includes the application of the Co Risk Assessment procedures when required.
To liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required in order to continually target and maintain 100% compliance across all of the Association's compliance areas.

To be responsible for you and your team in continually achieving and maintaining 100% compliance in respect of all landlord compliance areas which will include, gas, EICRs, asbestos, adaptation servicing, fire, legionella, powered doors, PAT testing, etc.
