We are seeking a Complaints Resolution Team Leader to join our housing association and lead a dedicated team focused on managing complaints at stage one or stage two.

Role Purpose
As a Complaints Resolution Team Leader, you will oversee and support a team responsible for resolving complaints, ensuring targets are met and compliance is maintained.
Our client is looking for an Customer Service Advisor to join them initially on a temporary basis for 3-6 months however could be extended and potentially go temp to perm.
Ideally you will be happy to work 8.30am-5pm however they can be flexible.
The nature of the role means you will be expected to handle incoming calls to our client's contact centre, providing comprehensive housing advice and responding to email enquiries.
The role is full time Monday-Friday 9am-5:00pm (35 hours each week), and the successful candidate will be expected to work from our client's Finsbury Park office in North London five days each week.
