Administrator/Customer Service

Our client is looking for a strong administration temp with great customer service skills to deal with a foreseen spike in work for a 1 month period. You will be joining a friendly welcoming team in a well-respected charity.

This is crucial period for the team to deliver a top quality service to many callers. There is no selling in this role.

Our client requires committed temps that can work well under pressure and provide excellent service at the same time with great attention to detail.

The role will be very varied and will include - Answering telephones on a dedicated customer service line,- this will include taking card payments over the phone and providing reassurance with answers to renewal FAQ's.

Processing card payments on renewal forms that have been posted back to the business.

Responding to emails coming into a shared inbox

Adjusting and checking template acknowledgement letters to a high standard.

The role will run 16th Sept 2024 - 18th October 2024 and the first week will be training, There are no WFH options with this role so full time in the office. Standard office hours, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
